Product Details

Our Blockout Curtains are custom made to your selected size and fabric for a soft, tailored finish. They are designed to provide strong privacy, reduce incoming light, and help create a more comfortable room throughout the day and night.

A popular choice for bedrooms, media rooms, living spaces, and nurseries, blockout curtains bring both function and softness to the home. They are ideal for anyone wanting a fuller, more decorative window furnishing while still achieving excellent light control and a premium finished look.

Lead Time & Delivery

Each curtain is made to order based on your selected dimensions, fabric, heading style, and lining options. Standard production time is typically 10–15 business days, although this may vary during busy periods or promotional seasons.

Once completed, your order will be carefully packed and dispatched to your nominated delivery address. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and order size.

How to Measure

Measure the full width of the track or pole you want the curtains to cover, not just the glass area. For the drop, measure from the top of the track or pole to your preferred finished height, whether that is just above the floor, touching the floor, or gently pooling.

For the best result, always measure in millimetres and double-check your final numbers before ordering. If you are ordering curtains for more than one window, measure each window separately.

How to Install

Installation will depend on whether you are fitting a curtain track or a curtain rod. In most cases, the process involves marking your bracket positions, securing the track or rod level, and then hanging the curtains correctly across the opening.

Once installed, allow the curtains to settle naturally and dress the folds for the best look. If you are unsure at any stage, contact our team before installing and we will help guide you through it.

Warranty & Returns

Our Blockout Curtains are backed by a warranty against manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship under normal residential use. We take care to ensure each curtain is produced to the specifications confirmed at the time of ordering.

As all curtains are custom made, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or incorrect selections entered during checkout. We recommend ordering samples first and checking all details carefully before placing your order.

Fabric Specs

Our blockout curtain fabrics are selected for privacy, room darkening, and everyday comfort. They are ideal for spaces where reducing light, improving insulation, and creating a softer interior finish are all important.

Depending on the fabric range selected, finishes may vary from smooth and understated to softly textured weaves. Colours are chosen to suit a wide variety of interior styles and deliver a clean, elegant drape.
